How do I ensure my candle burns evenly? 
Trim the wick to 1/4 inch each time before lighting and let the candle burn until the entire surface melts to avoid tunneling.

What’s the safest way to extinguish a candle? 
Use a candle snuffer or gently blow out the flame to avoid splashing wax. Never use water to extinguish. 

How long should I burn my candle? 
For best results, burn your candle for 2-4 hours at a time. 

How long will it take to receive my order? 
Orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Shipping times vary based on your location but typically take 5-7 business days. 

Do you ship internationally? 
Currently, we only ship within the United States. 

How can I track my order? 
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking link. 

What is your return policy? 
Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns. However, if there is an issue with your order, please contact us at beamishcandleco@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery. 

My candle arrived damaged. What should I do? 
Please email us at beamishcandleco@gmail.com with photos of the damaged item, and we will resolve the issue promptly. 

What makes your candles eco-friendly? 
Our candles are made with renewable soy wax, wood wicks, and clean-burning fragrance oils. We also use recyclable packaging and reusable vessels.
